Weight loss that works?
Some of you will know I had to put on weight for a movie roll. But when the part fell through I was left out there on my own. Having tried all the diets, exercise machines, and watching Carmen Electras Strip to keep fit, I have decided to write my own program.

I started out at a maximum of 86 or 87kg a few weeks ago.
weighed 82kg with shoes a bit more than a week ago.
Now less than 78kg with shoes.

Min weight of 76kg now, no shoes. Feeling dizzy.
Went to a party, 77kg.
Fine tuned diet, 75kg.
I've been 74kg for a while. Not really trying now, as I think I've got within the normal range.
I'm just trying to eat as cheapy as I can.
