Jonny, you are amazing.
Could this be the start of a new career? BTW, I can send you my recipe for very healthy muesli bars that taste much better than shop ones. I make them for a certain diabetic person.

Jonny, I've just been reading back on your Burnie 10 prep - very impressive! As you know, I'm giving it a crack as well, but it was very last minute so I haven't trained. As Jerome suggested to me, maybe this year can just be my reconnaissance mission for next year! I might just walk it. Anyways, we should catch up for a coffee/energy drink afterwards!
I find the muesli bar range at the store adequate, but I will look at the recipe.
My next cake will used wattle seeds and other things from the Australian bush.
Renae, I am sure you could run more than half of it if you tried. With a 30 or 40min run every second day before the race, I am sure you could run most of it.
We will meet and have tonic water afterwards.
Cakes. This could be good for the way back from Burnie... or the way up... or up there.
It's coming soon!
