good oats

I used Google Maps and zoomed up to my house. Then I got a piece of string and tried to decide which was closer. KFC or Burger King. (Burger King is slightly closer). It is cold outside. By the time I had finnished looking at all the things on e-bay, both had closed. I look in my cupbourd. I made the best of what I had. A bowl of rolled oats with some sunflower seads and boiling water poured over the top.

Keeping in Shape

A few people have asked me how I keep my figure so I thought it’s time to share a few tips. But it’s not so much about having one secret, more the shape of your whole lifestyle. I start the day with a drink of water, then a brisk 20min walk to uni. For lunch I may have one sandwich (no butter) with only lettuce and celery. Afternoon tea maybe 300ml of Coke Zero, and the walk home will hopefully burn off any excess chemicals. After another walk into the city and back to get groceries, dinner will be a modest home cooked meal, sometimes a stir-fry with about 30g of meat. Other time’s dinner will be a small block of fried tofu and a few spring onions. So that’s pretty much how I do it. And sometimes for supper (with my student discount), I get 2 pizzas, garlic bread, 6 chicken wings and a 1.25L bottle of Coke. Lots of exercise and a positive attitude and you CAN do it.
